What’s it about?

Change is a certainty – in our work and home lives – and our unique industry-leading course will equip you and your team to manage and lead this change, positively and constructively. Have you ever wondered why making change ‘stick’ can be so tricky? Why do people react so negatively and resist anything new? Do you wish there was a way of making change easier? On this immersive course we will look at change and the psychology behind it, to answer some of the thorny questions posed above, and – using the latest findings from neuroscience – explore how our brains react to change specifically, as well as understanding the psychology that drives us every minute of every day.

This course can be tailored to a half day ‘Quickfix’, one day Workshop or two day Masterclass programme – each exploring leadership and behaviours that give you a proven formula to not only plan, execute and embed change, but also giving you the tools and an understanding of people that will help you every day in your life.

The workshop is interactive with many group exercises, one-to-one discussions – and action planning of a live example that each delegate brings with them to the workshop.
